情色六月天 Welcome Week

This year, there is an opportunity for you to join in with the 情色六月天 Welcome Week, from Monday 16 September 2024.

We aim to provide a friendly, welcoming, and close-knit community for all our students by offering a range of help, support, and activities during the week. Attendance is optional, however we encourage you to get involved to help you settle into your student life and make the most of your time here at Lincoln.

We will send further communications over the Summer to register your attendance.

When Is the Start of Term?

The start of term for new A10L and A18L Medicine students is Monday 23 September 2024.

Introductory teaching for A10L will commence from Monday 7 October 2024.

For A18L, teaching will commence Monday 30 September 2024.

How Will Enrolment/Registration Work?

Home Students

If your place with Lincoln Medical School is confirmed, you will receive an email notification from the University of Nottingham which will contain further details of how to complete the registration process. Your on-campus attendance confirmation will be carried out by the 情色六月天.

International students

International Student registration will be in two parts:

  • The University of Nottingham will send you an email notification with details on how to complete their registration process
  • The 情色六月天’s Student Visa Compliance Team will contact you to complete a document check. This will include providing details of your passport and visa.

Upon completion of both parts, you will be fully registered.

International Offer Holders

As an international Offer Holder, you may be starting to think about your travel plans. Whilst you will be a registered student of the University of Nottingham, the 情色六月天 will be issuing a CAS to students who are intending to join us in person in September.

Once your place has been confirmed, you will be contacted by the 情色六月天’s International Admissions team with more information about the CAS issuing process, and applying for your visa.

DBS Check and Occupational Health

As part of the conditions of your offer, you now need to complete a DBS clearance check. Please visit to start this process.

In addition, you will receive information regarding Occupational Health from the University of Nottingham via email in June 2024. Optima Health (University of Nottingham’s Occupational Health provider), will also contact you over the Summer. Please keep an eye out for these communications as it is important that you complete the first stages of the process before you arrive.

International and EU offer holders will be contacted separately as arrangements may differ.

Accommodation

Information about the accommodation process and what to expect at this stage can be accessed on our accommodation pages.

If you have any questions or queries about accommodation, you can contact the Lincoln Accommodation Services Team via email at accommodation@lincoln.ac.uk. It will help the team deal with your enquiry if you indicate that you are an Offer Holder with Lincoln Medical School in the email subject.
